The Role:
We are seeking a versatile Virtual Legal and Business Operations Assistant who combines a strong legal foundation with exceptional organizational and administrative skills. This role is essential to our operations, requiring a blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal and Administrative Support:
– Assist in managing legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring they meet company and legal standards.
– Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, emails, and travel plans with precision.
– Organize and maintain legal and business documentation, ensuring easy access and compliance.
Human Resources and Legal Recruitment:
– Support the recruitment and onboarding of legal and business operations talent, ensuring alignment with company values and standards.
– Manage HR-related documentation and contribute to enhancing HR processes from a legal perspective.
Project Coordination and Legal Compliance:
– Oversee and coordinate projects focusing on legal compliance and business efficiency.
– Plan and execute events, ensuring they adhere to legal standards and company objectives.
Client Relationship and Compliance Management:
– Maintain the CRM with up-to-date client and legal information, ensuring compliance and efficient communication.
– Handle communications with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clarity and legal integrity.
Research, Reporting, and Legal Analysis:
– Conduct legal research and provide reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
– Utilize data analysis tools for legal and business reporting, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar.
– At least 2-3 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
– Exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills.
– Proficiency in legal research, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
– Access a reliable laptop/PC and a stable internet connection (5-10 Mbps speed).
