Job Description
Join our team as a Legal Receptionist, where you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our firm. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to our legal team. Responsibilities
– Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, redirecting them to the appropriate attorney or staff member, as necessary.
– Managing Emails: Monitor and manage emails, responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate contact.
– Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments for attorneys and clients using virtual calendar systems.
– Virtual Reception Area Management: Maintain a professional virtual reception area, ensuring that communication channels are open and welcoming.
– Document Handling: Assist in the handling and organization of virtual documents, including scanning, filing, and forwarding important correspondence.
– Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, or virtual conferencing platforms, providing updates and answering basic inquiries.
– Data Entry: Input and update client information, appointments, and other data accurately into virtual databases or CRM systems.
– Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
– Providing Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the legal team as needed, such as preparing virtual meeting materials or managing virtual document signatures.
