Job Description

The Redux Group is seeking an experienced and tenacious Marketing and Administrative Assistant who will support Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to help our real estate company operate more effectively. Real estate experience is a huge plus but not required!

Responsibilities:

Assist with email marketing campaigns, scheduling and sending through MailChimp
Draft and edit property listing descriptions using AI programs
Create static images
Assist with the scheduling, preparation, and marketing of podcasts
Monitor and troubleshoot ad placement on Facebook and Instagram through our online software system
Proactively work to onboard new agents including, presenting initial marketing orientation, assisting agents with creating their business cards design, curating and uploading agent bios and headshots to our company website
Assist senior Leadership on calendar management, ad hoc requests, as necessary.
Prepare open house brochures and other marketing materials as requested.
Track and advise stakeholders of status and issues proactively researching and following through as necessary
Complete all assigned tasks in Trello in a timely manner
Effectively communicate with the agents and clients via email and phone, answering all emails and communications in a timely manner
Take initiative as necessary to ensure that you have successfully resolved issues as they arise and preemptively take action.
Input necessary information into database and management systems
All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
High speed internet access with backup required
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (ability to draft internal and external business communications). Willingness to have phone conversations as necessary
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a service-oriented attitude
Proficient with full Google Suite, MailChimp, Trello, and Canva. Experience with Dotloop, Follow Up Boss a plus
