Job Description:

We seek a motivated and experienced Virtual Marketing and Performance Expert to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in performance marketing, eCommerce, lead generation, and social media management. You will be responsible for creating, running, and optimizing ads, managing social media accounts, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and creating funnel pages for various dropshipping websites. Expertise in Shopify, email marketing, AI platforms, and social media algorithms is essential.
We are looking for an A-class Performance Marketing Expert to manage and optimize our marketing efforts across multiple products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven digital marketing track record, focusing on ROI-driven strategies and a deep understanding of various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and run advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Manage and optimize social media accounts to generate leads and sales
Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies
Create and optimize funnel pages for dropshipping websites
Conduct email marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions
Utilize AI marketing platforms to enhance marketing efforts
Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms and implement optimization strategies
Manage and optimize YouTube channels for growth and engagement
Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in performance marketing and digital advertising
Expertise in social media marketing and management
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies
Proficiency in creating and optimizing sales funnels
Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
Skilled in email marketing and lead generation
Familiarity with AI marketing platforms and tools
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Experience with various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
