OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our physio team on a part-time basis as a Virtual Marketing Assistant, with the opportunity to go full-time pending performance and growth of clinic. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our golf physio services and enhancing our clinic’s visibility within the local and digital community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, specifically social media marketing, as well as in CRM management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively are essential to the success of this role.

Hours of Work: Part-time, 20 hours per week with the potential to expand to full-time in the future based upon performance and clinic growth.

Compensation: $387/month with opportunity for increase after 3 months pending performance

Shore Golf Performance is a non-traditional physiotherapy clinic that treats 100% golfers. We help golfers feel, move, and play better – both on the course and in life!

We opened our practice in July 2022 with one client and have steadily grown since then! The practice has grown to a point where we now are looking to bring on our first staff member, something we take great pride in!

This is an extremely important position. Unlike most medical offices, we take a lot of time to nurture and educate prospective clients who inquire about our services. Many of our clients have been let down before with other healthcare providers and often come to us having lived with pain for many years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

– Successfully communicate the value of our services (over email/text/messenger primarily) and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking.
– Ensure that clients show up excited for their appointments/sessions – this includes organizing and composing videos and mailers for new, prospective clients.
– Assists in the creation of marketing materials such as social media content, newsletters, presentations, blog posts and promotional materials.
– Manages social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
– Connects with social media followers, including those who engage our posts (likes, comments, DM’s), as well as new followers.
– Manage and utilize the customer relationship manager (CRM) software which serves as the hub for lead generation/nurturing, client nurturing, marketing/email campaigns, and more.
– Scheduling at least 1 email/week to our audience with goal of having weekly emails scheduled out at least 1 month in advance.
– Keep prompt, accurate, and organized recording of all incoming leads on our tracking sheets and in CRM.
– Coordinates the design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage to promote the physio clinic’s services, both within the office and in the local community.
– Collects and analyzes data related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, and preparing reports to track key performance indicators and measure return on investment (all which the CRM system provides).
– Supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
– Maintains and updates the company website, including content updates, search engine optimization, and monitoring website analytics.
– Promotes brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
– Weekly communication with business owner to discuss ongoing tasks, updates, and any relevant information.
– Watch replays of weekly sales (1 hour), marketing (1 hour), business coaching (2 hours), and CRM training (1 hour) zoom calls (a total of 5 hours/week) and provide takeaways, ideas, and. action plans for moving forward. Live attendance is not expected. However, at least 1x for each is encouraged to enhance job demands as well as for personal and professional development.
– Follow-up with potential leads via text, email, and/or social media.
– Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Graduation from a post-secondary marketing, communications or public relations related program.
– 3-5 years of experience in related office marketing work. Social media management experience is imperative.
– Experience with relevant software is an asset, specifically Canva, but Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator would be great as well.
