We are seeking a talented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join dynamic
team at PlushLocks, a leading hair extension company. As a VA, you will play
a crucial role in supporting our business operations and enhancing
customer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

– Crafting captivating landing pages and email sequences using MailChimp
to drive conversions and boost sales.
– Developing compelling email campaigns that nurture our customers,
fostering loyalty and repeat business.
– Curating and posting engaging content on various social media platforms,
including stories, reels, and posts, to increase brand visibility and attract
new customers.
– Interacting with followers on social platforms, cultivating meaningful
connections within the community, and building trust in our brand.
– Creating visually appealing landing pages on Shopify to optimize our
online store’s performance and enhance the customer experience.
– Collaborating with the team to design impactful slides for our membership
program on the platform.
– Assisting in the seamless onboarding of new members by providing
necessary information and support.

This is a PART-TIME Position to start. The working hours are from 6pm to 12pm or 8am-1pm AWST
Australian Western Standard Time.

There is significant potential for growth within our company, allowing for
increased earning opportunities based on performance. Commission based incentives are possible.
While prior experience is advantageous, we provide comprehensive training
through our system. Hourly rates will increase over time with consistent
success. We are seeking individuals who can grow alongside our company,
benefitting mutually from our progress.

Training will be provided, and a paid probationary period of 30 days will be
in effect.
