Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and our website.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Assist in market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement with followers.
Help maintain and update our website with fresh and relevant content.
Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms and email marketing software.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Knowledge of the cleaning industry or related fields is a bonus but not required.
