Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for marketing and a knack for multitasking? We’re seeking a Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own space.

We would appreciate flexibility in time zone so we can closely match the Eastern time zone as closely as reasonably possible.

Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help us achieve our marketing goals:

1. Lead Generation:
– Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects.
– Compile and organize lead lists for outreach.

2. Email Management:
– Monitor and organize my email inbox.
– Respond to routine inquiries and flag important messages for follow-up.

3. Build Marketing Funnels:
– Create and optimize marketing funnels to drive lead conversions.
– A/B test funnels to improve performance.

4. Book Appointments:
– Schedule appointments and meetings for the founder.
– Coordinate calendars and send out meeting reminders.

5. Email Marketing:
– Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
– Segment email lists for targeted communication.

6. Social Media Management:
– Manage and update the business social media accounts, including content scheduling.
– Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.

7. Graphic Design:
– Create visually appealing graphics for social media and marketing materials.
– Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency.

8. Other Administrative Tasks:
– Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.
– Assist with data entry, document management, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a virtual marketing assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
