– Generate comprehensive weekly reports on ad performance
– Provide data-driven recommendations to maintain ad freshness and maximize ROI
– Independently research and leverage our knowledge base for innovative marketing initiatives
– Utilize tools such as Canva, Slack, and Asana for effective collaboration

Community Engagement Expertise:
– Establish relationships with local companies through scheduled meet and greets with our CEO
– Maintain strong ties with existing partner companies
– Develop and implement incentivization programs to foster community engagement

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in ad optimization and performance monitoring
– Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision-making
– Proficiency in Canva, Slack, and project management software
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Exceptional relationship-building skills for effective community engagement
– Full professional proficiency in English
– Availability during EST time to fulfill necessary communication duties with supervisors and vendors
