Job Description for Virtual Marketing Assistant

Quarterly Goals:
-Create and perform a quarterly marketing plan broken down by quarterly/monthly/weekly/daily goals and content for social media reels and posts, weekly newsletters, a monthly postcard, email campaigns, and videos to drive business, increase brand awareness, and enhance lead generation. Work closely with Connie to keep us out in front as we prep as much as we can ahead of time.
—Present Connie with analytics of performance and suggestions about opportunities for growth quarterly.

Monthly Goals:
— Design 1 postcard,
—Write 4 short market news videos for Youtube,
—Write 4 web blogs (also used in newsletter and social posts)
—Edit 6- 2 minute videos a month from above.
—Manage Smart Plans: Clients’ monthly email drip campaigns.

Weekly Goals:
—Create 5 social media posts/reels and one press release for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X, local media
—Build a short newsletter delivered each Friday incorporating the best of your blogs, social and local industry news, and videos for the week.
—Assist the team with additional content when needed
— Feed content to our Google My Business and Youtube channel

Daily Goals:
—Ensure the above is executed by their deadlines.
—Engage on 10 local social media influencer sites a day with relevant information to encourage followers and brand awareness.
—Update Transaction Marketing in Canva for our properties as needed: Open House Flyers, Coming Soon, Just Listed, Pending, Sold, and Client Review posts.

As Needed:
—Web Maintenance:
—SEO/AdWords/MetaTags – Review all company website and social media, and written content to ensure we are maximizing our SEO.

Applicants must have:
–A high proficiency in the English language and be able to read, write, and speak the language.

–Strong organizational skills and be able to work independently when trained for the position.

–3 years experience mandatory in graphic design, social media marketing, video editing, and content writing. Please don’t apply if you don’t have this

–A strong understanding of SEO, and how to increase internet visibility.

–Strong internet signal and office supplies including a newer computer able to handle digital editing of videos and print marketing content, office space that is quiet to work, and a video conferencing camera.

–Experience working in Canva, Adobe, Final Cut Pro or other video editing systems, MailChimp, Google Docs, and Google Sheets necessary.
–This position will include the need to learn Quickbooks, CHIME, ClickUP, ARMLS, Tourfactory, and StreamYard as well.

****This job has mandatory hours from 8 am-12 pm Arizona time Monday- Friday.

Candidates will not be paid for time missed from work but will accrue vacation time once they have worked 6 months. One week of paid vacation is to be awarded for every 6 months worked. Additional unpaid vacations may be taken with prior approval, not to exceed 4 weeks of vacation total a year.
