Virtual Marketing Manager for Real Estate Brokerage

E-Rae Realty is looking for a talented individual to help with marketing. The marketing manager oversees the distribution of content for two unique brands,E-Rae Realty and ATX|STRS, across various social platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. Additional marketing manager activities include creating print marketing campaigns and developing out of the box solutions to achieve our marketing goals. The marketing manager will work closely with the Broker to develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute them accordingly. This position is ideal for a self-starter with initiative who wants the freedom to create new content and explore new methods for distributing content to our customer base.
This is a part-time position of dedicated time averaging 20 hours per week to start.
Qualifications:
-Friendly and professional demeanor
-Self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team
-At least 2 years experience in content creation, social media, or marketing at an agency, media company, design studio, brand or similar
-Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and/or TikTok
-Ability to take feedback and implement edits
-Must be tech savvy and own a reliable computer, and have reliable internet access.
-Strong preference towards an applicant with SEO or ad campaign experience
-Familiarity with Zapier, Canva, Planoly, Asana, Mailchimp preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the execution of the marketing plan
-Create robust content for distribution across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIN and other social channels
-Create monthly newsletters
-Maintain client databases
-Create print marketing materials
-Develop target ad strategies and campaigns
