The Position:
We are dedicated to building a team of high-performing individuals. We are looking for individuals who will excel in an administrative role. We have lofty goals as a Company, and we are looking for team members to help us reach them!
We’re looking to add one (1) Administrative team member at this time.

The position will include:
• $5 CAD per hour (dependent on experience), paid bi-weekly
• Performance based bonus incentives
• Extensive Training and Support
• 40 hours/week required (Mon – Fri, 8AM – 4:30PM, PST)
• Business casual dress code

Position Requirements:
• Medical Experience: Prior experience in a medical/health-care related environment IS REQUIRED.
• Clear and Effective Communication: Exceptionally proficient in both written and verbal English communication to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite: Advanced understanding and utilization of Office 365 applications including Word, Excel (advanced skills), Outlook, and Sharepoint.
• Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an office administrative role is required.
• Familiarity with CRM and Excel: Experience with Salesforce CRM, advanced Excel skills, or a comparable platforms.

Basic Technical Requirements:
• Effective Work Environment: Ensure a dedicated, organized, and ergonomically suitable workstation conducive to productivity and free of distractions. This includes having your own reliable laptop/desktop computer with 8GB RAM and Chrome installed.
• Hardware Capacity: Adequate space on your laptop/desktop computer to efficiently download and run various software required for the job.
• Internet Connection: Maintain a consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10MBPS, along with a backup internet option.
• Equipment: An ideal setup includes the availability of a dual monitor configuration and noise-canceling headset/headphones for an optimal working experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Supporting a few members of the Administrative team, the Administrative Assistant is to support back office functions required to enable a smooth customer journey for our clients. Some of the key activities involved in this role are:
• Reviewing confidential client medical records to ensure application qualifications are met
• Manage phone-lines and voicemail system, including call handling, taking messages, and responding to general inquiries
• Prepare documentation for management, clients and medical offices
• Data entry of client information in CRM for record maintenance
• Filing, organization, and managing general administrative tasks
• Support administrative team in the preparation of documents
• Communicate with sales staff to understanding client situations & needs
• Assisting the administrative team with miscellaneous tasks upon management request
