This position is the first interaction with our customers/patients, , so quality customer care is very important. Candidate must have an amazing personality and speak great english.
We are looking for someone to schedule appointments and interact with our patients.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following: medispa and/or plastic or cosmetic surgery office (preferred), hospitality, retail, or customer service settings
Works well autonomously, and at varying paces with regard to workflow.
Willingness and flexibility to periodically be of assistance for duties that may be outside the scope of job position
Comfortable using basic computer technologies, and a variety of internet and scheduling software applications, ie: DrChrono
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based patient care / medical practice management and scheduling software
Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with scheduling, rearranging appointments and triaging calls
Charismatic, friendly, helpful personality, always putting the needs of customers/patients first
Pleasant and friendly speaking voice and demeanor
Neat and professional appearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Serves patients helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining EMR and accounts.
Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information according to established protocols.
Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy.
Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism.
Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
