Position: Virtual Medical Assistants

Location: – Remote

Job Type: Pacific Standard Time (PST).

It emphasizes patient-centered approaches and a supportive working environment for our team. We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Medical Assistants to join our team, working remotely in the Pacific Standard Time zone. 2pm to 8pm Sunday – Friday

Job Summary:
The Medical Assistants will be responsible for managing patient communications, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to handle patient inquiries efficiently and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Provide patients with information regarding their appointments, medications, and treatment plans.
Assist in coordinating care between different healthcare providers and departments.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.
Proficient in using EHR systems and other office software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Working Hours:
Part-time position, working hours will align with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Sunday – Friday

Benefits:
Competitive salary based on performance. STARTING OF 3$ per hour during the probation period. Opportunity to go as high as 7$ per hour in 6 months based on performance
