Overview:
We’re looking for an organized and creative individual to merchandise and curate our collections on the CafePress website. As Merchandiser, they will ensure categories and topics are up to date showing new, best-selling, and featured products. If you have a design portfolio and this looks like you, please apply today!
What you will do:
• Merchandise curations: the organization and rank of SKUs on the site. You will leverage data, trends, and featured designs to make visual merchandising decisions on content and collection order.
• Use a creative visual merchandising mindset to select relevant designs to feature in marketing, on landing pages, and on home pages.
• Use proprietary tools to set up and maintain categories for both licensed and non-licensed designs.
• Monthly review of thousands of new designs to find fresh styles, and then add those SKUs to curations.
• Liaison with VP of Content & Merchandising to identify new styles and opportunities for specific themes & collections.
• Ensure categories are updated daily to feature content/designs showcased in marketing and site campaigns.
Skills and Requirements:
• Design or Merchandising degree recommended.
• Impeccable eye for details, excellent understanding of color, composition, and typography.
• Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
• Positive outlook and collaborative spirit.
• High level of creative vision with the ability to organize images in aesthetically pleasing groupings.
• Experience with e-commerce preferred. Portfolio is a bonus.
