Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
• Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
• Bi-weekly All Team meetings
• Monthly reviews

About the Client:

We prioritize client peace of mind and property preservation after storm damage. You’ll be part of a trusted team dedicated to high-quality insurance and construction expertise, offering a local and hassle-free approach to home and business restoration. We handle everything from insurance interactions to providing timely and fair restoration solutions, ensuring our clients’ utmost satisfaction.

This role supports our commitment to excellent service, backed by a strong
workmanship and labor warranty.

Responsibilities:

Manage Customer Journey & Reviews:
– Guide customers from inquiry to 5-star Google review via Zoho CRM.
– Track and secure 1-2 reviews weekly, following up for feedback.

Administrative Support & Coordination:
– Maintain spreadsheets, generate reports for smooth operations.
– Provide ongoing administrative support, including insurance paperwork and supply orders.
– Coordinate tasks via CRM for material orders, subcontractor estimates, and customer follow- ups.
– Liaise with bookkeeper for financial tracking and updates.
– Monitor office supplies and assist with financing applications and insurance tasks.

Communication & Calendar Management:
– Participate in daily calls with leadership to update CRM and support business operations.
– Manage sales leader’s calendar efficiently, scheduling lead appointments.
– Handle incoming calls using provided scripts and guidelines, forwarding as necessary.

Sales Operations & Collections:
– Navigate CRM sales screens for customer information, invoicing, and review tracking.
– Arrange appointments for owner, managing travel time effectively.
– Handle ACH/CC collections and track incoming payments, updating CRM records

Requirements:

– Proven track record in customer service roles, ensuring satisfaction and managing interactions effectively.
– Demonstrated expertise in navigating and utilizing Zoho CRM for customer management and task coordination.
– Ability to efficiently maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and manage tasks to support operations.
– Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written, for interactions with customers and team members.
– Willingness to adapt, take initiative, and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
– Effective time management to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate appointments.
– Comfortable with technology, including CRM software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
– Capable of working independently and collaboratively to support team goals.
– Ability to address inquiries, handle issues efficiently, and find solutions to challenges.
– Commitment to daily calls with leadership for updates and task coordination.
– Experience in administrative tasks such as calendar management and office organization.

• 13th month pay
