Job Description

We are looking for a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to support our Logistics Group working remotely/virtually. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful, candidates should be professional and attentive while also being accurate. Someone who can always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Virtual Office Administrators must possess sophisticated skills in office software, and a working knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus. The Virtual Office Administrator may review communications, conduct research, and prepare statistical reports.
Job Responsibilities
– Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of logistics.
– Maintains supply inventory analytics, generating and reviewing reports and audits.
– Checks stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies for assigned areas.
– Purchase order invoice and receipt management.
– Conduct research to meet cost-effective supply fills.
– Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
– May be asked to support minor tasks with the IT and Operations departments.
– Requires the exercise of independent judgment.
– Vendor compliance management.

– Multilingualism may be preferred or required.
