Fish Window Cleaning Orange County, CA Franchisee office is currently hiring for a Virtual Office Manager.

Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world’s largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 44 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on. We clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer.

To start this position is primarily responsible for accounts receivable, Scheduling, Sales follow up (phone and email), book keeping and research projects. My hope is that the individual we hire for this position will grow into being my “right hand man” for strategizing and executing our plans for significant growth over the next several years.

Position Type: Full Time
Compensation $1,350 a month with opportunity for bonuses!
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am–6pm PST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones
• A++ Customer Service
• Make Follow up sales calls and emails.
• Collecting current and past due accounts
• Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes.
• Scheduling jobs and confirming job services.
• Friendly, outgoing personality, love helping people.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through
• Excellent communication skills on the telephone and in person
• Demonstrates self-confidence and trustworthiness.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook and computer systems.
Book keeping.
• Office, accounting and related experience is preferable.
