Job Description:
As an Office Manager at Agape Substance Abuse Program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires proficiency in managing office procedures, overseeing administrative staff, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures. You will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Maintain organized records and documentation, both physical and electronic.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Experience with remote team management is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.
