Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication:
The successful candidate will provide prompt and professional communication with guests regarding inquiries, bookings, and post-stay follow-ups. They will ensure a positive and seamless guest experience.
Bookkeeping:
The right candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for each property. They will handle invoicing, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
Email Management:
The ideal candidate will efficiently respond to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner. They will prioritize and address any urgent matters promptly.
Operation Management:
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of the Airbnb properties, ensuring they meet quality standards. They will coordinate cleaning schedules, maintenance, and property inspections.
Product Order and Inventory:
The right candidate will manage inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of necessary supplies and products. They will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields. They should also have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management, and familiarity with Airbnb platform and property management tools.
