Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Virtual Operations and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing our dynamic website, developing click funnels, handling domain hosting, and managing emails. Additionally, the candidate will assist in developing a CRM system, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ability to create or integrate database information and utilize AI and ChatGPT, including making custom GPTs, is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• -Web Development: Develop and maintain a dynamic website.
• -Click Funnels: Create and manage click funnels to optimize lead conversion.
• -Domain and Email Management: Handle domain registration, hosting, and email setup.
• -CRM Development and Integration: Develop and integrate a CRM system with website click funnels.
• -Video Editing: Edit and tailor video content for various social media platforms.
• -Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts.
• -Market Research: Conduct market research, gather community information, and perform real estate investment analysis.
• -Document Management: Set up and maintain a server location for document storage and access for local staff.
• -Database Management: Create or integrate database information as needed.
• -AI Utilization: Utilize AI and ChatGPT, including creating custom GPTs.
• -Recommendations: Provide recommendations on the best platforms for document storage and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• -Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• -Click Funnel Tools: Experience with click funnel creation tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages).
• -Domain Hosting: Knowledge of domain registration, hosting, and email setup.
• -CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their integration with websites.
• -Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of social media platforms.
• -Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• -Research Skills: Strong research skills, particularly in market research and real estate investment analysis.
• -Database Management: Ability to create or integrate database information.
• -AI Utilization: Well-versed in utilizing AI and ChatGPT, including making custom GPTs.
• -Communication: Excellent written communication skills in English. Spoken English is not as critical but should be adequate for occasional verbal communication.
• -Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• -CRM Systems: Knowledge and experience with the CRMs, specifically KVCore.
• -Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• -Database Management: Familiarity with database management systems.

Educational Requirements:
• -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration (with a focus on Information Systems or Marketing), Multimedia, or Communication.
