Job Title: Operations Assistant (Virtual)
Schedule:
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Regular Hours: Monday to Sunday, 11am – 2pm PST (Saturdays off)
Meetings: 2 hours weekly (Two 30-minute check-ins typically on Mon/Wed/Fri between 2-4pm PST, and one team meeting on Tue or Thu between 4-6pm PST)

Role Summary:
Snoice is seeking an Operations Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations through effective management of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and communication skills, attention to detail, and uphold high integrity. We value consistency, drive, creativity in problem-solving, and strong decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of data systems, including inventory counts and transfers. Prepare regular reports and handle the administrative tasks related to data and inventory.
Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage orders with various suppliers and maintain detailed inventory records. This involves coordinating with suppliers and ensuring that stock levels are adequately maintained.
Customer and Employee Support: Respond to customer feedback, manage discount codes and refunds, and handle various customer service tasks. Support human resources activities such as employee onboarding, payroll, hiring, and offboarding.
Human Resources Assistance: Assist with HR-related tasks to support the employee lifecycle, including payroll processing and onboarding new hires.
Research and Administrative Tasks: Conduct research to support business decisions and perform a range of administrative tasks to support the business operations. This includes updating calendars and managing various business development activities.
Process and Procedure Management: Document and execute repeatable business processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Experience:
Prior experience in roles such as receptionist, executive assistant, or similar, especially in a setting involving multiple clients or business administration.
Experience in purchasing, customer support, HR, and/or marketing is advantageous.
