In this remote contract role, you will be an integral part of our operations team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our cleaning services. You will handle a variety of tasks, including taking customer calls, processing service requests, and coordinating with contractors
Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle sales from inbound leads, maintaining a close rate of at least 50%.
Process service requests and publish cleaning opportunities to contractors.
Assign contractors to jobs using Jobber CRM, ensuring accurate job details and instructions.
Ensure all job information is correctly reflected, including billing amounts and contractor pay.
Monitor contractor adherence to cleaning procedures and standards.
Provide administrative support to contractors during their assigned jobs.
Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to standard, with proper equipment and quality control.
Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 stars or higher.
Achieve a 100?ll answer/return rate.
Escalate any necessary issues to the manager with detailed notes.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
At least 2-3 years of customer service experience.
Previous experience in sales, administrative tasks, and/or operations management.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Jobber preferred) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, dependable, and flexible.
