Job Description

The Virtual Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinic’s operational activities remotely. This role involves coordinating and directing operations to achieve high productivity and efficiency levels. The Virtual Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring that the company meets its objectives and goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee and manage all operational activities of the clinic from a remote location.
Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
Coordinate with all remote and in office staff to monitor the performance of operations and make necessary improvements.
Ensure compliance with clinic and healthcare regulations and standards.
Implement strategies for growth and process improvements.
Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provide daily and regular operational reports to the Provider/Owner/Medical Director.
Ensure that the clinic’s operations meet its business objectives and goals.
Resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

Ability to follow protocols and guidelines developed by the clinic for Nutrition
Ability to follow directions per the physician and work collaboratively
Fast paced
Positive and assertive
Works very well with physician and other colleagues
Communication skills need to be excellent
Punctual
Willing to get more training as needed
Medical experience is a plus but not needed
Sales experience is a plus but not needed
Front office experience is a plus but not needed
Customer service experience is a plus but not needed

Qualifications:
Philippine Registered Nurse ONLY
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote capacity.
Proficiency in project management and performance/operations metrics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work remotely and manage teams effectively.
Proficient in using various software and online tools for communication and work management.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time/part-time position, and as this is a virtual/remote role, the candidate will need a suitable home office setup noise free and other requirements below:

We are seeking to hire an experienced PhRN to work as a VIRTUAL OPERATIONS MANAGER, MARKETING MANAGER, EXPERT MEDICAL SCRIBE, MEDICAL/INSURANCE BILLER.

This will be a very fulfilling and rewarding job as you help patient get healthier.

Our goal is to integrate qualified candidates into the daily flow of our Medical weight loss practice.

In this role you can expect first hand clinical exposure to a vast array of medical conditions and begin to develop an understanding of their medical management. This direct patient contact will also help to develop appropriate skills for communication in patient education and involvement in the coordination of their care.

Upon completion of working in this capacity, expect to have developed a better sense of professionalism in medicine, improved skills in effective communication and coordination of care for patients.
