Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated and resourceful Part-Time Virtual Assistant (hourly rate: $4) to join our team and play a vital role in elevating our operational efficiency. In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your administrative and technical skills to provide exceptional remote support across various projects.

Real estate experience is a plus! Understanding the industry would allow you to seamlessly integrate into our workflow and provide even more impactful support.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Excel Expert: You possess a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel, comfortably managing spreadsheets and utilizing advanced functions for data analysis.
Remote Collaboration Pro: Experience working in remote environments and utilizing virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Chat, Slack) is essential.
Organizational Acumen & Meticulous Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are key to managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and handling requests with accuracy.
Independent & Resourceful: You thrive in a semi-autonomous environment, meticulously following instructions and requiring minimal supervision. Your ability to understand instructions well and be resourceful when unsure of a task ensures smooth workflow.
Google Drive Savvy: You’re adept at navigating Google Drive, creating, sharing, and organizing documents and folders for seamless information flow.
Microsoft Word Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting professional documents.
Trello Task Management: Experience utilizing Trello for project management and task tracking allows you to visualize workflows and maintain project visibility.
CRM Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be a valuable asset, including managing contacts, leads, and tracking interactions.
Data Transfer Expertise: You’re proficient in transferring information from PDFs to Word or Excel documents accurately, ensuring data integrity.
Research & Analysis: Your strong research skills enable you to gather thorough information and provide detailed reports on assigned tasks.
Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.
