Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. As part of our dynamic sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to our company’s success from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present Maxx Builders’ and Maxx Designers’ services as solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Manage sales pipelines efficiently, tracking leads and prioritizing follow-up activities to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.
Harness the power of LinkedIn for sales prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.
Initiate outbound sales efforts through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present Maxx Builders’ and Maxx Designers’ services as tailored solutions.
Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in outbound sales or business development roles, preferably within the construction or architectural design industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Proven experience in outbound sales or business development roles, with proficiency in Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn sales strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools preferred.
