Job Description:

This is not just a job, it’s a golden opportunity! As a Virtual Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing essential support to our attorneys from the comfort of your home. This position requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and a strong understanding of legal concepts and terminologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas.
Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
Maintain and manage client files efficiently.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Liaise with clients, witnesses, and other law firms.
Review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal.
Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be a resident of the Philippines.
