Remi is a VC-backed dental startup based in San Francisco focused on making custom nightguards and whitening trays, our energetic team, primarily operations and dental lab technicians, is based in the beautiful Ghirardelli Square. Over the last year, we have grown 2,000+ and have gone from two people working from an apartment to over 15 people in a real office and 8 people remote. Fast-paced and energetic startup environment seeking Customer Service and Virtual Zoom Patient Services Representative to work remotely. The schedule is flexible, full-time with weekend availability, with no cap on hours. Work is performed remotely/at home. 100% of customer contact will be Video and Email (with the majority of tickets being emails). Must be a fluent English speaker and written English form to help customers with order issues and follow-up.
The position requires someone to be available on Zoom for patient meetings and walkthroughs of the correct way to take dental impressions for night guards and retainers.
Dental Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities will include:
This is a full-time (40+ hrs. per week) work-from-home position! Working hours between 8 am and 6 pm PST Monday – Saturday,
– Researching and be able to recognize the small flaws inherent in each impression, which could include jagged edges, ridges and overall shape.
– Answering patients support email tickets through Zendesk will be 50% of your job.
-Conducting online patient zooms will be 50% of your day.
-Being A Remi Brand Ambassador and first point of contact with all customers
– Optimizing the customer experience (we want your help on how to make things smoother!)
You are someone with:
Will be an expert typist with 60+WPM in English.
You have dental experience a must
You are comfortable in front of Zoom
You will be a fluent or native speaker, you know the lingo, the colloquialisms, and slang.
Tech Savvy and quick learner on multiple platforms.
Drive to constantly improve your skills.
Strong people skills. Our clients come from all walks of life, and you will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the client.
1 -3 years of previous experience in a customer service role.
A quiet place to work, your own computer, a dedicated phone, and a strong wired internet connection.
