Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:
– Provide general administrative assistance, including email management, calendar scheduling, and document organization.
– Create, edit, and proofread emails, documents, and presentations.
– Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of our company.

2. Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement social media content calendars across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, FaceBook, Instagram).
– Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, posts, and updates.
– Monitor social media channels/groups for interactions and respond as needed.

3. Scheduling and Meeting Assistance:
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls.
– Coordinate virtual meetings and assist in preparing meeting agendas.
– Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

4. Content Creation:
– Assist in creating content for various purposes, including blog posts, articles, and social media.
– Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, and style.
– Collaborate with team members to develop compelling and effective materials.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in email management and use of virtual collaboration tools.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills:
– Previous experience in remote work environments.
– Basic graphic design skills for social media content creation.
– Knowledge of project management tools.
