Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Virtual Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing various personal and household tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking efficiently. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and alleviate the workload of the employer.

Key Responsibilities:
– Grocery Shopping: Purchase groceries and household essentials according to provided lists, ensuring quality and adherence to preferences.
– Bill Payment: Manage bill payments for utilities, services, and other expenses, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
– Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed, coordinating with relevant parties and maintaining a structured calendar.
– Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing events, gatherings, and special occasions, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistics coordination.
– Gift Procurement: Research, select, and purchase gifts for occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and special events, ensuring thoughtful and appropriate selections.
– Email Correspondence: Draft, send, and manage emails on behalf of the employer, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling communication with discretion and professionalism.
– Home Improvement Support: Obtain quotes and estimates for home improvement projects, renovations, and repairs as requested, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and quality workmanship. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for home improvement activities, overseeing project timelines and progress as needed.
– Vacation Planning: Assist in researching, planning, and booking vacations, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, ensuring all arrangements align with preferences, budget, and travel requirements. Coordinate travel itineraries, documentation, and logistics, providing comprehensive support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in a household setting.
– Strong English speaking and writing skills.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions and records.
– Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
– Pass a background check

Additional Information:
– This is a part-time position, working hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST time zone
– Compensation commensurate with skill level

Education:
– Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree. Master degree preferred.
– Expert level skills in Google Calender, Email, Spreadsheets.
– LastPass access management
– Internet research skills
