Virtual Personal Assistant with Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media Skills

Job Description:
I am seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Personal Assistant to join me. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, have experience with video editing, and be skilled in managing social media platforms. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can assist with various tasks to support our business operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing graphics and designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
– I’ll often have examples of designs I would like to create for a collection. I’ll provide you with these designs and talk about what I’m hoping we can make, and then I will turn you loose to help create some of those. It’s really important you have decent design experience. Most of my design project will be about utilizing files and formatting files for printing. But I will need help at times with finishing a collection once I start it. This means I may have a dress designed and I need you make different colour variations or different background variations in the design.
2. Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional and marketing purposes
– I’ll give you content and I will need it edited. You’ll want to be proficient in using ChatGPT, and any AI that can help with narration and voices. We will make short form videos for social media, and maybe some longer ones at times. It’s really important that you use a drag and drop type editor to make the process quick. I recommend Adobe Premier for longer videos and Adobe Premier Rush for quick videos. Whatever video editing software you feel comfortable with is fine, as long as the output is the right aspect ratio for each social media platform.
-I am also working on creating tutorials that can be monetized. I’ll create clips of the tutorial, and I’ll need you to edit and help make it into a great video.
3. Manage and update our social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
-This task won’t happen often. As long as you’re helping with creating content, I will generally post it. But if I’m out or busy, I may ask you to help.
4. Assist with administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and project coordination.
– I have other team members I manager, but I am the owner and there may be times where I need you to follow up with them about projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience in video editing with proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Rush, etc)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Youtube
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and a creative mindset
You’re creative. You can look at examples of things and make similar things in Photoshop.
You’re not afraid to use AI to help you maximize your product.
