Responsibilities:

Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing tasks and projects, and provide regular updates to the employer. Identify any bottlenecks or potential delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Information Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining relevant information, files, and documents. Ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of information when needed.
Communication Assistance: Aid in managing emails, messages, and phone calls, helping the employer respond promptly and effectively. Draft and proofread correspondences, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Research Support: Conduct research on various topics as requested by the employer, gather information, and present findings in a structured and organized manner.
Personalized Prompts: Develop personalized prompts and reminders tailored to the employer’s preferences and working style. Use various mediums such as text messages, emails, or voice messages to deliver reminders effectively.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
