Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Social Media Personal Assistant to join our virtual assistant team. As a Social Media Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients in managing their social media accounts, creating engaging content, and maintaining a strong online presence. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in managing their social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create, schedule and curate engaging and relevant content, including posts, captions, graphics, and videos, to attract and retain followers.
Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
Engage with the audience by liking, commenting, and sharing posts, fostering a sense of community and building brand loyalty.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to develop effective social media strategies.
Collaborate with clients to plan and schedule social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, applying them to optimize clients’ online presence.
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and community standards.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to create visually appealing and impactful social media assets.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of scheduled posts and campaigns.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing timely updates and seeking clarifications when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling clients’ sensitive information.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a social Media Personal Assistant or similar role.
Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling software, and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to create engaging and compelling content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.
Familiarity with social media advertising and basic knowledge of campaign management.
Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva, IMovie, Adobe Photoshop or equivalents is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and necessary software for remote work.
