Administrative Support:
Managing and organizing email, calendars, appointments, and schedules.
Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the client.
Data Entry and Organization:
Data entry and management, including maintaining databases and contact lists.
Organizing and categorizing digital files and documents for easy retrieval.
Travel Arrangements:
Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips or personal travel.
Creating travel itineraries and ensuring smooth travel logistics.
Communication and Correspondence:
Managing and responding to emails and messages.
Drafting, editing, and proofreading written communications.
Research and Information Gathering:
Conducting online research to gather information on various topics.
Summarizing research findings for decision-making.
Task and Project Management:
Coordinating and tracking tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Managing to-do lists and reminders.
Financial Management:
Managing expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Client Support:
Providing customer support and handling client inquiries or requests.
Managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
Time Management: Efficiently managing and prioritizing tasks to optimize productivity.
Adaptability: Quickly adapting to changes and learning new tools or systems as needed.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to maintain order in digital and physical workspaces.

Qualifications:
A college degree will be advantageous.
Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles is valuable.
Familiarity with office software, design software such as Canva and digital tools is essential.
Opportunity to travel to Singapore once a quarter.
Monthly performance-based incentives are available as well as annual bonuses
Starting basic salary of PHP 10,000 per month.
(Estimated monthly incentives expected: PHP 5,000 – PHP 15,000 after the probation period)
