To achieve the above, Holiday Rental Experts has designed an industry specific Virtual Assistant – Outsourcing service.
We source suitable candidates, specifically train them to work in the Short Term Rental industry and; integrate them into our client’s business to be managed directly.

Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, ensuring an organized and efficient calendar.
Attend online meetings with the CEO, take detailed notes, and circulate minutes or action points to relevant team members.
Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox, sorting, prioritizing, and responding to emails on their behalf, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
Assist the CEO in creating and maintaining a comprehensive to-do list, prioritizing tasks, and tracking progress.
Collaborate with team members to follow up on task delivery, ensuring completion within the designated timeframes.
Support the CEO in both business and personal task management, including online shopping, document preparation, and research.
Aid in travel planning and coordination, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Implement strategies to help the CEO improve efficiency, time management, and productivity, suggesting tools or techniques as appropriate.
Conduct research and provide relevant information to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and discussions.
Adapt to changes and additional responsibilities as required in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual personal assistant or in a similar role, providing administrative support to senior executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong note-taking abilities.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as calendar management applications, project management systems, and email clients.
Familiarity with online collaboration platforms and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively, anticipating the CEO’s needs and finding efficient solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent requests.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
