Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator? I’m seeking a proactive and efficient Virtual Personal Assistant to help streamline my daily personal tasks and business operations. I am located in Toronto, Canada but am seeking someone to provide virtual assistance.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a real impact on the day-to-day life of a busy professional.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and manage a complex calendar.
• Make phone calls on my behalf, including but not limited to appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Handle email communications, ensuring timely responses and organized inbox management.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with me to discuss action items, progress updates, and strategize for the coming week(s) and month(s).
• Provide reminders and follow up via slack or WhatsApp as appropriate to ensure task completion.
• Possibility of attending occasional Zoom sessions for virtual co-working/accountability (a 1:1 work session where you sign on to zoom and work independently but alongside me to help keep me accountable)
• Coordinate and manage special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficient in using digital tools and software for scheduling, emails, and video conferencing (Zoom).
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection, a phone for making calls, and a computer or laptop.
Must be able to make international calls to Canadian phone numbers using your own phone/computer and software. This may require use of a personal VPN.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
