The Rhythm of Resilience is an online brand store dedicated to funding humanitarian aid all over the world. Every purchase made through our store directly contributes to aiding those in need. Our founder personally covers all operational costs, ensuring that maximum funds are directed towards humanitarian efforts. Our primary goals are to grow our brand awareness, increase sales, and stay within budget. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team and help us achieve these goals.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Managing social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement)
Managing the online store (updating products, handling orders)
Answering emails and messages across our sales platforms
Organizing and posting content and products on sales platforms
Other tasks as assigned
Performance Reviews:

30-day review
2-month review
3-month review
6-month review
Annual review on hire date anniversary
Requirements:

Experience or confidence in social media management
Proficiency in English
Interest in and support for our brand’s mission
Skills in marketing and managing online store orders and website
Comfortable working with and managing tasks efficiently
Arabic speaking would be a plus because some of the content posted will be in Arabic, but it is not a deal breaker.
Note: I have two dogs. The older, smaller one is a fox chihuahua named Pablo.
