Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Personal Assistant / Project Manager with a strong background in calendar management, specifically using , and expertise in Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing support to the salon and aesthetics clinic’s leadership team.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
– Utilize for project management and calendar coordination.
– Develop and maintain detailed spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
– Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
– Monitor and follow up on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Project Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
– Strong background in calendar management, specifically using .
– Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
