Role Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director in various administrative tasks. This is a remote position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work independently and contribute significantly to our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct internet research on relevant topics (e.g., market trends, competitors, potential clients).
– Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, updating the team CRM
– Manage document control using Dropbox, ensuring files are organized and accessible.
– Create company forms and templates as needed.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by the Director.
Requirements:
– Excellent English language skills (C2 level for written and verbal).
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
– Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
– Knowledge or experience in London property is a benefit but not essential.
Benefits:
– US$6 per hour, billed every week
