We are on the lookout for a highly efficient Virtual Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager to support a dynamic entrepreneur and content creator. This full-time, remote role demands excellence in calendar and task management, social media engagement, SEO/content marketing, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about technology, gaming, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Calendar & Task Management: Oversee daily calendar, schedule appointments, track and manage projects and tasks ensuring efficient workflow.
– Social Media Management: Develop and post engaging content across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and strategize growth opportunities.
– Content Creation: Assist with blogging from topic ideation and research to drafting and implementing SEO to maximize reach.
– Administrative Support: Handle routine administrative tasks including email correspondence, file organization, and documentation.
– Workflow Optimization: Continuously seek methods to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Work Hours:
The role requires working from 9 PM to 5 AM Philippine Standard Time, totaling 50 hours per week salary.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a virtual assistant or comparable role.
– Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
– Strong writing and communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content and insightful analysis.
– Proficient in social media platforms, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
– Experienced with tools such as Buffer, Notion, ChatGPT (and other ai tools), and Asana.
– High level of independence and motivation with minimal need for supervision.
– Excellent project management skills, ensuring tasks and collaborations are kept on schedule.
– Interest in technology, gaming, family, and personal development.

Desirable Skills:
– Graphic design or video editing skills.
– Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
– Additional languages are a plus.
