We are currently seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team and assist in our marketing and community-building efforts.
Job Overview:
As a Virtual Personal Assistant to a CPA at The Savvy Accountant®, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our marketing initiatives. We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong social media skills and a passion for growth. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging posts on various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
Develop creative and informative content that aligns with our brand and services.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into social media strategies.
Community Building:
Identify and participate in relevant online communities and forums related to finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship.
Foster meaningful connections within these communities to build our network.
Share valuable insights and establish our firm as a trusted resource.
Content Creation:
Write blog posts, articles, and other content pieces related to accounting and tax topics.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials and presentations.
Assist with Marketing Campaigns:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Assist in email marketing efforts and client outreach.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties such as managing schedules, handling emails, and coordinating meetings from the marketing to gain leads.
Attention to detail: Make sure they follow the instructions carefully.

Qualifications:
