As a Virtual Personal Assistant (Website Designer/WordPress Developer) for our company, you will be part of the team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and managing our various clients (WordPress) websites. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure these websites reflect the brand identity and effectively communicate the correct message to the target audiences.

Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to meet business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with the design team to implement website design updates, enhancements, and new features.
Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Monitor website analytics and provide insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and technical problems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and WordPress.
The following list represents the skills & experience of the ideal candidate:
3+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or related field. Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proven experience developing and managing WordPress websites.
Proven experience as a Website Designer and Programmer, focusing on WordPress themes.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
Experience with website optimization techniques, SEO, and web analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using WordPress plugins such as page builders such as Elementor.
Video editing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
