Virtual Personal Life Assistant

This role is a personal life assistant to help me organize my home and life and to do a variety of personal tasks. I am looking for help with the practical and hands-on aspects of life in order to be more fruitful as a person. The tasks include purchasing items, helping me organize my home and personal items, researching topics and finding information online, and helping me organize my spiritual disciplines as a Christian.

I value creating a work environment that positively impacts everyone involved. I have strong communication skills and emotional awareness. I value my assistant’s personal growth. I plan to pay for a 13th month and observe Philippines holidays (e.g. a week with a holiday would be 8 hours of work instead of 10, but with pay for 10 hours).

This position is for 10 hours/week, but the hours may change over time.

Tasks may include:
• Help me organize my home and personal items based on pictures. Research and provide organizing options and ideas, find organization/storage products to fit needs, etc.
• Keep track of regular responsibilities and provide reminders for me to change oil in car, pay bills, clean the bathroom, etc.
• Help me organize my spiritual growth as a Christian (Bible reading, prayer, rest, meditation) by putting together specific actions for the day based on guidelines
• Shop for and/or purchase items
• Find and download sermons, talks, YouTube lectures, and music using criteria
• Schedule personal appointments (e.g. haircut, doctor)
• Identify ingredients at nearby grocery stores, manage grocery lists, and order groceries
• Request books through InterLibrary loan to be sent to a library near me for pickup
• Use online databases to look up Bible commentaries and identify the section that discusses a particular Bible passage
• Research and compile information through internet searches, for example, about key ideas in a book or about psychological, emotional, and relational issues from a Christian perspective
