Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities:

• Call Handling: Efficiently receive and manage incoming calls, connecting clients to the appropriate team members.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met, and necessary actions are taken.
• Information Management: Keep track of client information and follow up on outstanding information required from clients.
• CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
• Basic Registration Files: Responsible for processing and organizing basic registration files.
• Adhoc Tasks: Undertake various adhoc tasks including blog content creation, social media account maintenance, administrative tasks, and data entry as required.

2. Compensation:

Virtual Phone Receptionist/Intake Specialist will receive a monthly salary of PHP 45,000. The salary will be paid through DEEL. Time off will be deducted from the monthly salary based on a per-day rate.

3. Work Schedule:

The standard work schedule will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

4. Holidays:

Virtual Phone Receptionist/Intake Specialist is entitled to observe Jewish holidays.

5. Remote Work:

The Virtual Phone Receptionist/Intake Specialist agrees to ensure a proper work environment, including a noise-canceling headset, and a fast internet connection. The Virtual Phone Receptionist/Intake Specialist will take measures to minimize unnecessary noise disturbances during working hours.
