We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Virtual Product Listing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written English and writing skills, along with experience in SEO and basic photo editing capabilities. As a Virtual Product Listing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging and SEO-friendly product listings across various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Create compelling product listings for our online store or marketplace platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in product descriptions.
2. Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and ranking.
3. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms.
4. Write informative and persuasive copy that highlights product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding and promotional strategies.
6. Edit product images as needed to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across listings.
7. Provide support in other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
2. Proven experience in creating product listings or content writing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
4. Proficiency in basic photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to resize, crop, and enhance images.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Must be able to liaise with vendors to obtain information relevant to the products
