VA Job Description
Among the day-to-day duties of the chosen VA will be
Placing offers for properties via email through our trusted solicitor and making systemized follow ups
Contacting the Council re council tax matters involving sourced properties and properties bought by Cito Cimo
Updating client profiles on Hubspot by logging notes from meetings
Attending meetings with clients via Zoom and taking notes during the meeting
Preparing Mailchimp campaigns for deals, newsletters, and other marketing campaigns;
Organising Mailchimp database, providing reports of the performance of our database, etc
Handling emails and organising them daily
Issuing invoices, contracts and saving them in appropriate folders
Creating folders in Google Drive and populate them with the relevant documents, update the folders regularly as the business progresses
Managing appointments in Zoom and Google Calendar and Calendly
Writing daily social media content
Creating graphics and stories for our social media
Social media management
Managing data in various spreadsheet and updating them regularly and accordingly
Working with CRM software and entering and updating data regularly.
VA Job Qualifications
Successful candidate should have the following skills:
Self-driven and works independently
Organized and keen to details
Delivering the given task in the given time frame
Willingness to learn and grow
Familiar with Mailchimp, has worked with at least one CRM before, and familiar with Google Suite, Excel
Familiar with graphic making software, preferably Canva
Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking
