We are a Property Management and Technology company. Our platform assists landlords to manage long term rental properties here in Australia.
We are looking for one person (potentially 2) who must meet either of the two essential requirements:
– Min 1 year property management experience with an Australian company **or**
– Have lived in Australia for a minimum of 1 year
**Job description summary:**
– Daily operational tasks: Managing lease renewals, mid-lease changes, new tenant advertising, tenant screening, rent price estimates, rent collection, rent increases, eviction notices and tenants moving out.
– Customer Support: You will provide email, text and phone support to owners and renters regarding the above tasks, for example helping renters with payment related issues.
**Working Hours:**
30 – 50 hours per week (full time). We can discuss this based on your preferences.
Ideally between the hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm Melbourne time however we like allowing you to have flexibility (as long as the tasks are done on time and customers are happy).
This is a long term indefinite position. Our aim would be you stay for atleast 2 years.
**Working requirements:**
– You must have your own computer and one additional screen.
– A good internet connection in a quiet working environment.
– Available for video meetings (camera turned on is a requirement).
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and when responding to customers. Quality is more important than speed.
– Reliability – turn up on time and get the work done to the best of your ability.
– Very strong verbal and written english communication.
**Salary**
As a guide, if you meet all the requirements the starting rate will be around 50,000 PHP per month (or 292 PHP per hour). We are willing to pay more for the right person so if think you’re worth more we’ll consider it.
