Harry Harper Sales & Lettings, based in Cardiff, South Wales, currently manages over 200 properties across South Wales. We oversee rooms in shared houses, HMOs, apartments, houses, and flats. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional property management services and are looking for a dedicated team member to join us.

ABOUT THE JOB

Harry Harper Sales & Lettings is seeking a graduate for the Property Management Admin role on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is an exciting role with numerous benefits and bonuses, perfect for someone eager to grow in the property management industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property Management Assistant, your tasks will include but are not limited to:

– Liaising with tenants and contractors
– Administration tasks such as compiling and saving documents, and data entry
– Processing applications and conducting relevant checks
– Monitoring and actioning emails
– Preparing various documents and handling ad hoc requests
– Managing tenancy processes, including ingoing and outgoing tenancies
– Sending out correspondences like emails, newsletters, and documents
– Reviewing, comparing, and actioning property reports
– Uploading documents onto the CRM (Vebra Alto)
– Handling social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, TikTok, LinkedIn)
– Creating and maintaining Facebook ads, TikTok videos, and Reels

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

While Property Management experience is preferred, it is not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate. Ideal candidates will have:

– A Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Property, Property Management, or Real Estate (preferred)
– A passion for Property Management or Real Estate
– Aspirations to grow a career in Property Management
– Excellent customer service skills
– Attention to detail and willingness to learn
– Strong English verbal and written communication skills
– Enjoyment of administration, routine, and processes
– Great interpersonal skills
– Team player mentality
– Commitment, dedication, and hard work

– Ethernet connection
– ActivTrak to be installed

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE (Preferred but not essential)

– Vebra Alto
– Office365
– Asana
– GoHighLevel
– Pabbly
– Canva

WORK SCHEDULE

– Available to work 9 am to 5:30 pm UK time
– Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

– Pay rate: $500.00 per month
– Monthly payment via bank transfer or PayPal invoice
– Pay increases based on work performance and tenure
– Regular bonus payments
