Daily Key Tasks:
• Email Management: No email shall go unmanaged, no message shall go unanswered – you’ll be the email whisperer we’ve always needed.
• Calendar Management: Master of schedules, tamer of chaos. Wrangle appointments, conquer time zones, and make calendars waltz.
• File Management: organizing our digital universe – files, documents, and databases.
• Social Media Management
• CRM Management
• Basic marketing – Newsletters, Blogs, etc
• Lead Generation assistance
• Not limited to the above.
Other Tasks on a Needed Basis:
• Online research
• Travel Coordination
• Event Coordination
• Build training manuals and standard operating procedures.
