Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Marketing Experience

We are seeking a skilled and organized virtual Real Estate Assistant based in the Philippines to assist a top-performing agent in Orange County, CA, in achieving their next level of growth.

We are searching for an individual who is highly ORGANIZED and takes INITIATIVE and has ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in supporting real estate agents in the USA, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and the ability to think creatively and come up with solutions. The candidate should be a team player, able to respond quickly and efficiently, and pay attention to detail. They should also be comfortable with phone communication, and scheduling/confirming appointments. They should possess exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, and excel in providing top-notch customer service.

You’ll be responsible for managing the email, calendar, transactions, marketing, lead management, and customer care. A Day in the Life:
Your role is will be assisting the broker with everyday tasks that include: administrative tasks, database management, emails, calendar management, coordinating schedules, create and maintain SOP’s, transaction coordination, marketing and client service.

Real Estate Experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Marketing skills preferred – social media, print, and web-based

Computer Minimum System Requirements:
CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support, 2 GHz or faster processor
RAM: 8 GB and above
GPU: 2GB and above
Headset
Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps and up wired DSL
(USB sticks, pocket wifi, signal-based & wireless connections are not recommended)

Salary: $750 – $1,300 USD/mo

Hours: 40 hrs per week.

Location: Remote. This position is open to candidates residing in the Philippines only. (Office is based in Orange County, CA) You must have a dedicated workspace free from distraction and be available from 9 am to 5 pm PST.
